ABOUT THE OWNER

Debra Woods

Welcome to Care First Inc, a compassionate company founded in 2010 by Debra Woods, a National Certified Guardian with over 20 years of experience in caring for the aged and disabled. Having worked in group homes and assisted living, Debra's journey began as a caregiver before evolving into a dedicated advocate for those unable to care for themselves.

With a track record of assisting hundreds in obtaining Medicaid, SNAP, and Social Security benefits, Care First Inc is proud to be a trusted partner, receiving referrals from hospitals, group home agencies, and families in need. Our mission is to provide comfort, ensuring your loved one has a guardian who passionately identifies and advocates for their goals, needs, and preferences.

OUR CORE VALUES

Equality. Respect. Acceptance. Compassion.

Equality: We recognize that all individuals have equal rights, and we are committed to upholding these rights for each person under our care.

Respect: We promote mutual respect among our team, clients, and the community we serve. Respect is the foundation of our interactions and the key to building strong, trusting relationships.

Acceptance: Embracing diversity is a fundamental aspect of our philosophy. We celebrate differences and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

Compassion: Compassion is at the forefront of our approach. We understand the challenges our clients face, and we approach our work with empathy and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives.

Referral Partnerships

We are pleased to announce that Care First is now accepting referrals from Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Group Homes, and various agencies that provide services for at-risk adults. By collaborating with these institutions, we aim to extend our reach and assist more individuals in need of guardianship support.
